Whether it’s through hair, body, or the simple act of being seen, Ashlee Jai exists to change the way you feel. To help women walk in carrying the weight of the world, and walk out feeling lighter and more like themselves again.
MEET ASHLEE
The Founder
Ashlee is a mum of three who built her business from the ground up with determination, resilience, and a passion for helping women feel confident again. Starting from a small home salon with just two chairs, she balanced motherhood while growing a loyal client base through hard work, word of mouth, and genuine connection.
With a goal of simply replacing her salon wage, Ashlee posted a Gumtree ad hoping for a few clients a week — but quickly found herself fully booked. A client’s generous $1,000 gift helped her purchase the equipment she needed to properly set up her home salon, becoming the foundation of what would later grow into Ashlee Jai Hair + Body Sculpting.
As her confidence, skills, and vision grew, so did her business. After experiencing her own postpartum body changes following a C-section, Ashlee expanded into body sculpting, wanting to create a space where women could feel supported, understood, and empowered in their own bodies.
In October 2024, Ashlee opened her first commercial salon, now home to a growing team of supportive women who share the same passion for confidence, transformation, and connection.
Today, Ashlee Jai Hair + Body Sculpting is more than just a salon — it’s a space built on resilience, growth, community, and helping women rediscover themselves.
